PRODUCT UPDATE - WIDE AREA SIREN

Fajar Signals Sdn Bhd in collaboration with its principal Klaxon Signals Ltd held a product update on Wide Area Sirens on 30th May, 2013 at The Majestic Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The UK based Klaxon Signals is one of the world's leading manufacturers of audible and visual signalling equipments and solutions.

The update was conducted by the Business Development Manager for Klaxon Warning Systems Mr. Clive Bould. Bould, with 40 years experience in various electrical and mechanical engineering discipline, 10 years of which was with Klaxon, shared his wealth of information on wide area siren for industrial users and government departments in different environments.

Amongst those who were invited to attend the product update were safety & health personnel and engineers from various industries such as oil and gas, port, energy, construction and manufacturing industries. Police personnel from Polis DiRaja Malaysia were also present.

Bould spoke on the primary function of the wide area siren, product options and siren selection, siren construction, qualities and coverage as well as the latest technology in sound plotting.

The guests were given an opportunity to view some of Klaxon Signal's products that were on display at the event during the break and thereafter were treated to a sumptuous buffet lunch at the hotel.
